Shipping

Orders typically ship within two business days. Please allow ample time for international delivery. The customer is responsible to ensure the shipping address is correct before placing order. Zoe Dawn Shop is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Unfortunately combining multiple orders is not possible at this time. In the event the customer desires to send gifts to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each address.

Returns and Exchanges

Zoë Dawn Shop wants complete satisfaction with your purchase. Please contact us with any concerns about your order. We only accept returns on unused products still in their packaging within 10 days of receipt. Customer is responsible for return shipping unless damage to the product is deemed the fault of Zoë Dawn Shop. No returns on custom works.

Taxes

Pennsylvania sales tax of 6% charged on all in-state orders. International orders subject to duties and taxes are the customer’s responsibility.
